Surprisingly, though, I got a rose from Jolene. The surprise was that it was, in fact, a flower. I dunno, presents like flowers generally aren't 2 way, if you know what i mean. I wouldn't have minded chocolates, but hey. C'est la vie. Now what to do with a rose....
Dan dropped off a whole load of games for me in school today - GTA3 and MGS2, original no less, for my PS2. Then, C&C Generals, (which i'm supposed to review for Khabal), and Unreal 2. Unfortunately U2 (hah) decided that it was "With or without you", seeing how Dan accidentally gave me 2 play discs. ¬_¬ Soon I felt I was stuck in a moment I couldn't get out of, and it was such a beautiful day... sigh.
Bryan came over to hang out after school. He's an even match for me in Smackdown:SYM at the very least. Oh well, at least he got to go home with a couple of books he'd been after for the longest time. Good on ya. He's getting a new computer tomorrow, so I guess I won't be seeing a lot of him over then. Oh well.
Tested out C&C Generals. The gameplay is nice, the interface is shiny and clean, but I feel like I'm in a John Woo movie: Everything's so slowwwww. Tried to have a mulitplayer game with Sean just now. And only after MUCH trouble were we able to actually get it working. EA had better get a patch up, QUICK.
Awfully tired now. Actually fell asleep at the computer for about 10 minutes. Off to bed, candy dreams y'all.
